- Clean Water Provision: PALYJA provides clean water to residents in the western part of Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Water Distribution: They manage and maintain water distribution networks and infrastructure to ensure efficient delivery of water to customers.
Water Quality Monitoring: PALYJA conducts regular water quality assessments to ensure that the water provided meets health and safety standards.
As part of SUEZ – France and PT Astratel Nusantara, PALYJA aims to be Indonesia’s preferred water service provider, prioritizing customer satisfaction and stakeholder value.
PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya (PALYJA) has been serving Jakarta’s western region with clean water since February 1st, 1998, under a 25-year Cooperation Agreement with PAM Jaya. Since 1998, PALYJA has expanded access to clean water, reaching over 405 thousand connections and benefiting more than 3 million people in Jakarta’s western area.
